it's late...

and i'm sleepy. But got to revise the physics of solids, everyone else in class has done it before in chemistry, but seeing as i never even studied it to the dizzy heights of standard grade, i don't know any of it! Just having a wee break now to blog about giant spider theory.

Now, I can't claim this for my own, but some of the astronomy crew came up with it after a flippant comment by a lecturer that there aren't any 50 ft spiders. Now, how do we know this? Do people ever look up when searching for spiders. Why, no, I hear you cry?! So how do we know there aren't giant spiders. What if their legs are hidden behind trees and if every time we look up and see grey sky, tis actually the underbelly of one of our eight legged friends.

However, I must say, the genius
Bill Nye the Science Guy has published a book, rebuking the idea that giant ants exist. If his argument can be extended to spiders, then i am inclined to believe this fine knowledgeable man.
